Hello, my name is Filipe Silva and I currently am the captain of the Counter-Strike: Source team that represented Advanced eSports (which were a organization in Portugal that ended).
As team captain I bring a proposal to you and to your organization:
Our team has been playing together for approximately 4 to 5 months having participated in the XL Party event (the biggest event as far as LAN goes in Portugal) which was hold from the 16th to the 18th of December. Over 56 teams participated and we grabbed a top5/6 in the tournament being eliminated by RG.enuzi (Hungary) with a close score of 13-16 (RG.enuzi went on to be get the 2nd place on the whole tournament only losing to FM!Sapphire).
The team is composed of the following players:

What are we looking for in an organization:
- We are interested on an organization that has core of accessible and social people and people who are able to accompany us and make us feel that we are supported and that you want the best for both the organization and the team.
- As minimal requirements to be able to have a continuous evolution of the team we ask for a server (if possible either in the United Kingdom or in France) and a voice chat (Teamspeak is preferable).
- If the organization has team apparel that you want us to use we don't accept to pay for it because every one of us agrees that if a team wants us to use their colors they should give us directly and not make us pay for it.
- We are also looking for an organizaton capable of financially help us achieve the most tournaments and offline events possible be it in Portugal or outside of Portugal. Also, we expect financial help in case we need to attend any team/sponsor events.
Awards:
We could show you inumerous awards that our players have won individually but it would make a really extensive list. We can say that we have players that have gone through some very good teams such as Phantoms, Exotic-Island, Marujos, Advanced-eSports where they achieved several 3rd,4th and 5th places.
What we really care now its about awards as a team, being our first the 5th place at the XL Party FIL 2011 where several known names attended such as FM!Sapphire, RG.enuzi or Rasta-Gaming.
